It’s arguably the most popular product at Kmart, with millions of Australians proud owners of the bargain store’s cult $29 Pie Maker.
Well now Kmart has confirmed that they’re bringing out a BRAND NEW version of their gadget, and it arrives in store in just a few short months.
Speaking to a member on the fabulous Kmart Pie Maker Recipes, Tips and Ideas Australia Facebook group, Kmart announced that they were bringing out a FAMILY size pie maker. Yessssss!
Says member Steph: ‘Kmart have advised me via email that their family size pie maker (the large family pie with just 1 large hole) for $29 is due in stores this September.’
New Idea Food first heard rumours of a Kmart Family Pie Maker earlier this year. And while there have been other family size pie makers on the market – including Aldi and Harris Scarfe varieties – the new Kmart one is the cheapest by far.
And while we’re very busy thinking of all the giant Vanilla Slice Pies we can make, it seems we’re not the only ones.
‘I’m so ready!!!’ said one. Added another: ‘Giant custard tart come at me…’
Said one more: ‘Hope they are going to be well prepared for the rush of crazy pie maker people 😂’
