You’ll get an estimated delivery time when you’re placing an order with Pet Circle. But as a basic guide, it typically ranges from 1 to 3 days for most locations.
Does Pet Circle offer click and collect?
Pet Circle doesn’t offer click and collect. But some orders will qualify for free next day delivery if you need your items quickly.
What is Pet Circle’s returns policy?
Pet Circle gives you a 30-day period for change-of-mind returns that are unopened and in their original packaging. You also have a choice between an exchange or store credit for these returns.
But you do have to pay for return shipping, unless there is an issue with the product or delivery. In those cases, contact the Customer Service team for a fix.
You’re also entitled to a refund if an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or is different to what’s pictured on the website.
