Does Jumbo Pets offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for most metro and major regional areas in Australia (with spending minimums). For example, if you live in Sydney (2000), you can enjoy free delivery when you spend over $99. Otherwise, a flat rate of $6.95 will be added to orders under $99.
If you’re ordering medications for your pet, all medications that fit into a regular envelope will be shipped for free—however, there is no tracking or insurance on these orders.

How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day (as long as the item is in stock). If the order is placed after 12pm, it will be dispatched the following day.
Shipping estimates are different for each state, metro, and regional areas.
- For NSW, it will take 1-2 business days for metro areas, and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
- For VIC it will take 1-3 business days for metro areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
- For QLD it will take 1-3 business days for metro areas, and 2-5 business days for regional areas.

Does Jumbo Pets offer free returns?
No. While you can return items if they aren’t used, you will need to pay for shipping. Jumbo Pets returns policy states that you will receive a full refund under specific conditions. Does Jumbo Pets offer click-and-collect?
Yes. Pick-up is available from Jumbo Pets in Campbelltown, NSW. Please note that this is solely a click-and-collect service, and you must pay for your order online. Simply select ‘pick up’ as the shipping option.
Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
