Healthy spooky bats

Trick or treat! These healthy bat balls are perfect for Halloween.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Put dates, oats and coconut into the bowl of a food processor. Process until roughly chopped. Add juice, chia seeds and cacao and process again until well combined.

2.

Roll mixture into 12 balls. Push eyes gently into the top of each ball. Use 1, 2 or 3, or even more per bat, depending on how spooky you want them to be. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

3.

Insert a piece of broken corn chip on either side of each ball as wings. Serve.
