You can return an Ozsale order within 14 days of the delivery date. Log in to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page. Submit the reason for your return; a team member will contact you within three days and provide a RAN (return authorisation number). 

Note that returns due to a change of mind will receive a refund on a store credit voucher. Return shipping is free if you have received a defective item. Otherwise, delivery costs will be paid by the customer.
